Her career is distinguished by her entrepreneurial success but also by her deep-rooted dedication to justice and advocacy. Nicole’s journey reflects a relentless pursuit of change and a powerful drive to address and combat the critical issues of Sexual Exploitation and Trafficking.
Beyond her professional success, Nicole is the Founder and CEO of Love Inspiring Life, a non-profit dedicated to ending Sexual Exploitation and Trafficking. Through her advocacy, Nicole is raising awareness about these critical issues through legislation, supporting survivors, and driving efforts to educate the public on sexual exploitation, trafficking, and abuse. Her tireless work aims to inspire change and make a meaningful impact in the fight against these serious injustices.
Since beginning her entrepreneurial journey in 2017, Nicole has built a successful career as the CEO of MEND HR Solutions, a leading human resource and recruiting firm based in Palm Beach County, FL. Through her visionary leadership, she has redefined recruitment practices and expanded her impact globally with YODL, a revolutionary recruiting matchmaking app.
Nicole’s book, "HR is Sexy! Revolutionizing Human Resources," is a testament to her expertise and innovative thinking. Featured in prominent media outlets such as ABC, NBC, CBS, and The CW, and in leading publications like Forbes, Nicole has cemented her reputation as a thought leader.
Her accolades include being named one of the Top 12 Organizational Change Makers in the United States in October 2022 and one of the Top 50 Leaders in Miami, FL. Most recently, in July 2024, she was honored as one of 10 Top Women of Distinction.
Colton Hill
Colton Joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 2008. He served in the Marine Corps infantry for 4 years as an 0311, before serving on the USMC Scout Sniper Platoon for two years. He joined the US Army Special Forces in 2014, serving with 20th Special Forces Group as an 18 Bravo (Weapons and Tactics Specialist) for another 10 years.
Colton has been on deployments to Afghanistan, Europe, Eastern Europe, Africa, most Central Asian States, as well as to the Arabian Peninsula.
Colton is currently serving as the Director of the Core Medical Outreach Program and the Core Medical Foundation. He is passionate about giving back to the veteran and law enforcement community through physical fitness, training, education, and camaraderie.
He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, shooting, and grappling.
